Terms and Conditions – Global Host DMC

  1. Bookings and Reservations
    • All bookings depend on availability and confirmation from Global Host DMC.
    • To confirm a booking, a deposit of 30–50% is required.
    • The remaining amount must be paid within the time shared through email or WhatsApp.
  2. Payment Policy
    • Payments can be made through bank transfer, cash deposit, or approved digital payment methods.
    • Full payment must be completed before the tour starts.
    • If payment is delayed, the booking may be cancelled or additional charges may apply.
  3. Prices and What’s Included
    • All prices are mentioned in PKR or USD and may change due to exchange rate differences.
    • Only services clearly mentioned in the package are included.
    • Prices may change without notice due to airline costs, currency fluctuations, or supplier price updates.
  4. Cancellation and Refunds
    • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
    • Advance payments are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
    • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 working days.
  5. Changes to Bookings
    • Any change request is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
    • Changes must be requested at least 10 days before departure.
    • Global Host DMC may replace hotels or services with similar alternatives if required.
  6. Passports and Visas
    • Travelers must ensure their passport is valid and required visas are arranged.
    • Visa assistance may be provided, but approval is not guaranteed.
    • Visa rejection does not qualify for a refund.
  7. Laws and Regulations
    • Travelers must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country.
    • Global Host DMC is not responsible for legal issues arising from violations.
    • This includes detention, fines, deportation, or refusal of entry.
  8. Restricted and Illegal Items
    • Carrying banned or restricted items may result in serious legal action.
    • This includes drugs, restricted medicines, drones, or large amounts of cash.
    • It is the traveler’s responsibility to declare such items.
  9. Traveler Behavior
    • Travelers must respect local culture, traditions, and laws.
    • Proper behavior and dress are required, especially in religious or public areas.
    • Any misconduct may result in removal from the tour without refund.
    • Alcohol consumption and smoking must comply with local laws.
  10. Health and Insurance
    • Travelers should be medically fit to travel.
    • Travel insurance covering health, cancellations, and personal belongings is strongly recommended.
    • Global Host DMC is not responsible for medical issues or personal losses.
  11. Flights and Airlines
    • Global Host DMC acts only as a booking agent for airlines.
    • Airline delays, changes, or cancellations are managed by the airline.
    • Any additional costs due to flight changes must be borne by the traveler.
  12. Responsibility and Liability
    • Global Host DMC is not responsible for services provided by third-party suppliers.
    • We are not liable for events beyond control such as weather, strikes, or political issues.
    • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked services.
  13. Photos and Reviews
    • Photos or videos taken during tours may be used for marketing purposes.
    • Client reviews may be shared unless requested otherwise.
    • Personal information is kept confidential and not shared without consent.
  14. Website Usage
    • All website content is the property of Global Host DMC.
    • Content may not be copied or used without prior approval.
    • Users must not upload harmful, false, or illegal material.
    • Global Host DMC reserves the right to update website content or policies at any time.
  15. Legal Jurisdiction
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
    • Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Karachi courts.
    • Clients agree to attempt dispute resolution through discussion before legal action.
